Sue Stone and Glenda Davison

Excellent effort by Andrea Sergeant on introducing your first new PC, your sister in law. Congratulations Jamaal Rowe, for rank advancing to sharer. Great levels persistence, especially in the area of self development and question asking.
Another Generation Y breaking through the ranks.
Good Work Jordon Carty, racing out the blocks with his first preferred customer. Keep up those levels of been very enthusiastic and being teachable.
Many more first experiences to come. Well done.
Clive and Teena P

Congrats to each of you making progress this week in your businesses. A brief story of how I introduced 2 associates this week – one is our therapeutic massage practitioner who’s been checking out some of the Usana products for a couple of weeks now. She realised that it makes sense for her to be able to tell others about products that maybe able to help them too. With the free bds available right now, plus her being impressed with how Mike Allsop is being powered by Usana, her decision was made. Likewise, for a long term super-happy customer, who hadn’t fully realised that she can help her friends & colleagues benefit from being able to get these products too. After 2 follow ups to explain how her ‘membership’ can work – she decided to get started.  I too would also like to welcome to the Team, Kelly Warrington. Kelly is a mum and manages a day care centre. In joining Team UP and USANA Kelly sees an opportunity for herself to increase her income and get ahead faster than she could otherwise. It’s great to have you aboard Kelly!
Have a brilliant week! It’s ideal timing to leverage the message of how effective USANA’s products can be, via Mike Allsop’s Project 777 testimonials! – Fi & Chris

Recognition Shout Outs:

Kelly Wilby has had another great week enrolling 3 new PCs… great job Kelly 🙂 It’s been another fine example of follow up, follow up, follow up paying off with some people talked to for months and the odd retail sale coming through in the meantime. Great to get them locked in as PCs and building that residual income for your business.
Craig Dewe

Very Well Done Warren Young, two preferred customers this week. That is 9 preferred customers so far since Collecting his Enthusiasm Award at Christmas 2012.
Continuing to lead by example, by working on improving all his skill sets.

Great work Heather Williams two preferred customers, sharing the information about how the Usana products can impact the health of the many.

Well done Juliet Rowe for your first associate enrollment. Proving yet again about how important it is to share the Usana information with your nearest and dearest. Good example.  Clive and Teena P

Persistence pays off – and that’s the reason that, once again Andy Marshall, plus Nick Wilson & Sara Rees have introduced their PC each last week; and good job by Brendan Mccall & Aaron Sami on each introducing a new PC…consistently following up with your friends/family is a great way to pay it forward. Great effort by Clive Francis & Teena Prodromou on reaching your goal of introducing your new associate this week – way to go! – Some useful tips from Clive Francis, on the steps he took to help his new team member get started with his own Usana business – ‘I make a point of approaching two new people every day. With Jordan, this is what happened –

> I noticed just how helpful one of the retail staff was whilst helping his staff team and customers.
> -I approached him based on what I saw, and complimented him.
> I asked if this was the job he planned on doing for the next 5 years, and if not what were his plans?
> -I asked if he was open to exploring any other ways of creating other streams of income, as what I do is show people exactly how to do so.
> -We exchanged numbers … I called, listened to exactly what he was about and open to, and invited, followed up and closed.’
Clive follows the steps, and consistently gets the results – well done 🙂 – Fi & Chris
